Pandastic!
The Giant Panda was once widespread across southern and eastern China, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Their great ancestral home has been reduced to twenty isolated bamboo forests in six mountain ranges by human contributions to habitat destruction. The adorable pandas were endangered from the 1990’s to 2016, but they still remain vulnerable to extinction because of our specialized diet.
We cannot let human activities to continue so recklessly - let’s break the status quo!

The Giant Panda is a member of the bear family in the order Carnivora - despite possessing a meat-eater’s digestive system 99% of their diet is bamboo. The poor efficiency of their diets forces them to spend 10 to 16 hours a day foraging and eating, during which they can consume 20 to 40 pounds of bamboo shoots. Most of the rest of their time is spent sleeping and resting. While habitat destruction is the main threat to pandas, they also struggle because, well, they reproduce incredibly slowly.
